We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts in the Dubai market, connecting with companies across sectors and introducing how AI can drive measurable results for their operations. 

🧩 Your Role: 

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning FinitX as the trusted partner for AI-enabled transformation. 

 

🎯 Responsibilities: 

• Drive B2B sales efforts focused on AI-powered software and intelligent automation. 

• Research and identify new business opportunities across industries. 

• Initiate and lead client conversations, from first contact through closing. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to shape solution proposals based on client needs. 

• Represent FinitX at relevant networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings in Dubai. 

• Track and report performance metrics using CRM and sales tools. 

 

✅ Requirements for Sales Manager : 

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in software, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions. 

• Strong knowledge of the Dubai business environment and local decision-makers. 

• Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred. 

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills. 

• Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.

• Existing network in UAE’s tech, logistics, finance, or services sectors.
